Family Summer Vacation 2013

This year we took our summer vacation to Panama City Beach with our friends, the Pickert family.  We rented a condo for both families.  It worked out pretty well.  The condo was on the beach and had two pool areas.  So it was very convenient for two families with small children.  We had a really great time.

Sleeping with her babies on the car ride to Birmingham.  We decided to split up the trip down.  So Jarod worked a half day and then we hit the road around noon.

Someone was very happy.  (And slap happy, may I add.)  To make it to the hotel in Birmingham.

For some reason there were tons of jellyfish in the ocean this day.  We didn't see them any other day.  Only this one.  Here's everyone checking them out.

This guy did a lot of sleeping this vacation.  The sound of the ocean was very soothing to him.

We rented a pontoon boat two of the days we were there and took it out on the intra-coastal.  It ended up being my favorite part of the vacation.  The kids loved it.  The adults got to take turns snorkeling.  We found lots of sea life to check out.  Annenomies, Starfish, Sand Dollars, Hermit Crabs, Crabs, and Eels. 

And Luke did a lot more sleeping!
