World Prematurity Day 2012
I know I posted on World Premautrity Day last year. It's a day that I can reflect on the past and also realize how blessed we are that both of our premature babies are happy and healthy today. Modern medicine is also a wonderful thing. As are organizations like March of Dimes.

Love it! My sister had her twins early and we are SO THANKFUL for all the NICU team that got them healthy and home!
