Butterfly House

Every weekend we try and find something fun to do.  Since Jarod travels all week, we definitely try and make the most of the time we have on the weekends.  Yesterday, we had a great time swimming and barbequing with friends.  Today, we woke up and were at a loss of what to do with our day.  We spent the main majority of the morning playing with Mel.  Then we decided to pack up and go check out the Butterfly House.  We had been before and thought that it was really cool.  We also thought it might be a cooler choice since it's so darn hot outside.  Unfortunately we forgot how hot they keep it inside the arbortrarium.  It was still really neat.  Now I have jambalaya in the crock pot and am planning on making a key lime pie for dessert.  We're going to pop in a movie and have a great Sunday evening.  Nice way to end our weekend together.

This butterfly was so cool.  It looks like it has a huge eye.  I'm sure this is a defense mechanism.
