Melanie's Christening Dress

Gearing up for the baptism.  Yes, Melanie's dress deserves it's own post.  My Aunt has a very large loom at her house and weaves the most gorgeous fabric.  She puts an amazing amount of time and love into these projects.  She made Melanie's baptism dress.  It is beyond beautiful!  I can't wait to see her in it on Sunday!  After the baptism I am sending it back to her so that she can enter it into the Iowa State Fair.  She wants to win a blue ribbon for it.  She won a blue ribbon for my amazing place mats and napkins two years back at the Iowa State Fair.
